Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Failure Analysis, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Failure Analysis Techniques, Including Fmeas, Root Cause Analysis, And Statistical Analysis.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Relevant Engineering Tools.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Present Technical Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
