
Facilities Project Manager

- Develop and maintain project plans for various facilities-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues or risks
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and coordinate resources
- Oversee the procurement of necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and report on project status, including progress, budget, and any changes or delays
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage project risks and mitigate potential issues
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership regarding project status and any potential concerns
- Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Project Management Experience In The Facilities Or Construction Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Coordinate With Various Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Meeting Deadlines, And Staying Within Budget.
