We are seeking a highly qualified Executive Support Platinum Lead to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our executive leadership. As the Platinum Lead, you will provide high-level administrative support and coordination to our top leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.   1. Serve as the main point of contact for all executive support needs, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Communicate and collaborate effectively with executive leadership to ensure their schedules and priorities are managed efficiently.
  3. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and communication.
  4. Proactively anticipate and manage potential conflicts or challenges in the executive's schedule and provide solutions.
  5. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  6. Manage and maintain executive correspondence, including email and written communication.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  8. Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  9. Monitor and track executive expenses and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Serve as a mentor and resource for other administrative support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in executive support.
  12. Represent the executive team in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to executive support and incorporate them into daily responsibilities.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's mission, vision, and values, and embody them in all interactions and tasks.
  15. Other duties as assigned by executive leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Executive Support: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Providing Executive Support To High-Level Executives In A Corporate Setting. This Includes Managing Calendars, Travel Arrangements, And Confidential Communication.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Platinum Lead, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading A Team Of Executive Support Professionals. This Includes Delegating Tasks, Providing Guidance And Mentorship, And Ensuring The Team Meets Deadlines And Maintains High Levels Of Professionalism.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Executives And Team Members. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • High Level Of Organizational And Time Management Skills: As A Platinum Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Tasks And Priorities Simultaneously. Therefore, The Candidate Should Be Highly Organized And Have Excellent Time Management Skills To Ensure All Tasks Are Completed Efficiently And On Time.

  • Technical Proficiency: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Technology And Be Proficient In Using Various Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Office Suite And Virtual Meeting Platforms. This Includes The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Support To Team Members As Needed.
