  1. Oversee the daily operations of the enterprise operations center, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  2. Lead and manage a team of operations center staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation to promote a positive work environment.
  3. Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  4. Monitor and analyze operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication between teams.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure delivery of high-quality services.

  10. Provide leadership and support during critical incidents and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the operations center team.
  12. Manage and maintain the operations center budget and resources.

  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing An Enterprise Operations Center, Preferably In A Large Government Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Itil Processes And Best Practices For Incident And Problem Management.

  • Experience With Managing A Team Of Technical Professionals, Including Performance Management And Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels.
