- Lead a team of electrical engineers in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components for various projects.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers and other teams to develop project plans and strategies.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

- Act as a point of contact for clients and represent the company in a professional manner.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Engineering Management Or Project Management In The Electrical Engineering Industry
Strong Technical Knowledge And Expertise In Electrical Engineering Principles And Practices
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Engineers And Collaborate With Other Departments
Prior Experience In A Government Contracting Environment, Preferably In The Defense Industry, Is Highly Desirable
