  1. Provide desk side technical support to SAIC clients, ensuring their workstations are operating efficiently and effectively.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems for clients.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to implement new technologies and upgrades.
  5. Conduct regular maintenance and updates on client workstations to ensure optimum performance.
  6. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  7. Document and track all technical support activities and resolutions.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology in order to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  9. Train clients on the use of new technologies and software as needed.
  10. Follow security protocols and ensure the confidentiality of client data.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide timely updates on technical issues and resolutions.
  12. Prioritize and manage workload to meet client needs and deadlines.
  13. Adhere to SAIC's policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  14. Continuously work towards improving processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and productivity of client workstations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Desktop Support, Troubleshooting, And Maintenance.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Windows Operating Systems, Hardware, And Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Comptia A+ Or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Mcsa) Certification Preferred.
