- Provide desk side technical support to SAIC clients, ensuring their workstations are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems for clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to implement new technologies and upgrades.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on client workstations to ensure optimum performance.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Document and track all technical support activities and resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology in order to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Train clients on the use of new technologies and software as needed.
- Follow security protocols and ensure the confidentiality of client data.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide timely updates on technical issues and resolutions.
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet client needs and deadlines.
- Adhere to SAIC's policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Continuously work towards improving processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and productivity of client workstations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Desktop Support, Troubleshooting, And Maintenance.
Strong Knowledge Of Windows Operating Systems, Hardware, And Software.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Comptia A+ Or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Mcsa) Certification Preferred.
