SAIC is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) Analyst for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) for Personnel and Readiness.   • Analyze and interpret critical readiness data to identify trends and potential areas of concern for military forces
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop strategies for improving defense readiness
  • Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to generate accurate and timely reports on defense readiness
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular reviews of readiness data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the DRRS and its functions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on DRRS and provide guidance and support to team members
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant policies, regulations, and procedures related to defense readiness
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather and exchange information
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the DRRS
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting the defense readiness of our nation and the mission of the OUSD for Personnel and Readiness

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Defense Readiness Reporting Systems Or Similar Role

  • Knowledge Of Department Of Defense (Dod) Policies And Procedures Related To Personnel And Readiness

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders
