In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining databases, as well as providing technical assistance and troubleshooting. To be successful in this position, you will need to have expert knowledge of database design and administration, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining databases
  • Ensuring efficiency, data integrity, and security of databases
  • Troubleshooting and resolving database issues
  • Monitoring database performance and troubleshooting any issues
  • Designing and implementing backup and recovery procedures
  • Writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Developing database strategies to support business objectives
  • Working with other teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and security of the database
  • Analyzing and optimizing database queries for performance
  • Creating detailed documentation of database systems and processes
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest database technologies
