Cybersecurity Analyst

Our Cybersecurity Analyst will be a key player in our security team and will help us stay ahead of any potential threats.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field• At least 3 years of experience in network and system security• Experience with security solutions (e.g., firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, encryption tools, etc.)• Understanding of security protocols (e.g., SSL, IPSec, etc.)• Familiarity with security compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc.)• Ability to troubleshoot security issues• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of emerging technologies

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze existing security solutions (e.g., firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, encryption tools, etc.) to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
2. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect our systems from potential threats and risks.
3. Analyze and evaluate security requirements and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc.) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
4. Perform security audits and tests to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
5. Investigate security incidents and breaches to determine root causes and take corrective action.
6. Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the field of cybersecurity.
7. Collaborate with other team members to develop and maintain security strategies.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to help ensure the security of our systems.
9. Document security incidents and findings to create an audit trail.
10. Provide training and awareness to colleagues on security best practices.
