  1. Develop and design effective and innovative curriculum for educational programs.
  2. Conduct instructional analysis to identify learning objectives and develop appropriate learning strategies.
  3. Collaborate with a diverse team to develop and implement instructional material, including presentations, handouts, and other training materials.
  4. Create and implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and incorporate them into curriculum development.
  6. Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of instructional material.
  7. Conduct research and gather data to inform curriculum development and instructional strategies.
  8. Utilize various instructional design models and theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  9. Communicate and present curriculum plans and progress to stakeholders and team members.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve existing curriculum to meet the evolving needs of the education industry.
  11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Maintain records and documentation of curriculum development process.
  13. Participate in train-the-trainer sessions to ensure effective delivery of curriculum.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration and alignment of curriculum with overall organizational goals and objectives.
  15. Stay informed of emerging technologies and incorporate them into curriculum design to enhance learning experiences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Curriculum Development, Preferably In A Corporate Or Government Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles, Learning Theories, And Adult Learning Principles.

  • Experience With Curriculum Development Software And Learning Management Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
