  • Operate and maintain cryo-vacuum equipment and systems in accordance with established protocols and procedures
  • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of cryo-vacuum equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform cryogenic and vacuum measurements and help analyze data to assess performance and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with engineers and scientists to support ongoing research and development projects involving cryogenic and vacuum technologies
  • Keep accurate records and documentation of equipment maintenance, calibration, and performance data
  • Assist with the design, fabrication, and testing of new cryo-vacuum equipment and systems
  • Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in cryogenic and vacuum technology to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
  • Train and mentor junior technicians and interns on cryo-vacuum procedures and best practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with inventory management of cryo-vacuum supplies and materials.

Job Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge And Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Cryogenics, Vacuum Systems, And Associated Technologies. This Includes Knowledge Of Cryogenic Fluids, Vacuum Pumps, Gauges, And Other Related Equipment.

  • Hands-On Experience With Cryo-Vacuum Systems: The Candidate Should Have Practical Experience In Operating, Troubleshooting, And Maintaining Cryo-Vacuum Systems. This Includes Experience With Cryogenic Storage Vessels, Vacuum Chambers, And Associated Instrumentation.

  • Safety And Compliance: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Regulations Related To Cryogenics And Vacuum Systems. This Includes Knowledge Of Osha Standards, Safe Handling Of Hazardous Materials, And Proper Use Of Personal Protective Equipment.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Cryo-Vacuum Systems. This Includes Identifying Potential Problems, Proposing Solutions, And Implementing Improvements To Optimize System Performance.

  • Attention To Detail And Documentation: The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Accurately Document All Aspects Of Cryo-Vacuum Operations, Including System Maintenance, Data Collection, And Experimental Results. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Work Independently Or As Part Of A Team.
