We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced ADA Course Manager to join our team and lead the development and delivery of the Army Officer Candidate School (AOC-IST) ADA Course. As the Course Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future leaders of the Army's Air Defense Artillery branch. - Develop and manage the Army Officer Candidate School (AOC-IST) ADA Course, ensuring it meets the needs and objectives of the Army's Air Defense Artillery branch.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver course content and materials that align with current ADA practices and standards.
- Lead a team of instructors and support staff to ensure the successful delivery of the course.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the course, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ADA policies, procedures, and practices to ensure the course remains relevant and current.
- Provide guidance and support to course participants, assisting them in understanding and applying ADA principles and techniques.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as the Army's Air Defense Artillery School and other relevant organizations, to ensure the course meets their requirements and expectations.
- Oversee the logistical aspects of the course, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Act as a liaison between SAIC and the Army, communicating any issues or concerns and providing regular updates on course progress.
- Collaborate with the SAIC leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the ADA Course and overall training programs.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating them into the course as appropriate.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Aoc-Ist Systems And Ada Compliance.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Department Of Defense (Dod) And Air Force Policies And Procedures Related To Aoc-Ist And Ada.
Previous Experience Managing And Leading A Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders, Clients, And Team Members.
