
Air Traffic Control Instructor-II

- Develop and deliver training materials and courses for aspiring air traffic controllers.
- Mentor and coach students through simulated and real-life air traffic control scenarios.
- Update and maintain training materials to align with current air traffic control procedures and regulations.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students to ensure their progress and readiness for certification.
- Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to continuously improve training programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in air traffic control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management to provide updates and reports on training progress.
- Ensure the safety and efficiency of the training environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Serve as a role model and mentor for students, demonstrating professionalism and expertise in air traffic control.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new instructors and students.
- Maintain records and documentation related to training activities and student progress.
- Attend and contribute to meetings and conferences related to air traffic control training and education.
Bachelor's Degree In Aviation, Air Traffic Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working As An Air Traffic Controller, With At Least 2 Years At A Supervisory Level.
Previous Experience As An Air Traffic Control Instructor-I Or Equivalent Certification From An Accredited Institution.
Proficient Knowledge Of Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations, Procedures, And Air Traffic Control Systems.
Strong Communication And Instructional Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor Air Traffic Control Students.
