1. Develop and deliver instructional material on air traffic control procedures, regulations, and technology to students in a clear and engaging manner.
2. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
3. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to aid in their development and success.
4. Stay current with industry changes and updates in air traffic control procedures and technologies to ensure the most up-to-date instruction.
5. Collaborate with other instructors and team members to continuously improve the training curriculum and methods.
6. Serve as a mentor and resource for students, providing guidance and support as they navigate their training and career path.
7. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
8. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance instructional skills and knowledge.
9. Monitor and maintain equipment and training materials to ensure they are in good working condition for student use.
10. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols during training sessions.
11. Represent SAIC and the air traffic control industry in a professional manner at all times.
12. Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management regarding any issues or concerns related to training or student performance.
13. Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to all ethical standards.
14. Continuously assess and improve instructional methods to meet the needs of different learning styles and abilities.
