1. Develop and implement training programs for air traffic control operations at Tampa International Airport (TPA).
2. Create lesson plans and materials to effectively convey information to trainees.
3. Conduct classroom and simulation training sessions for trainees.
4. Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to trainees in a one-on-one or group setting.
5. Monitor and evaluate trainees' progress and provide feedback for improvement.
6. Ensure training is in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and standards.
