  1. Conduct training sessions for aspiring air traffic controllers, providing comprehensive instruction on air traffic control procedures and techniques.
  2. Develop and implement lesson plans and training materials to ensure students receive a well-rounded education in air traffic control.
  3. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve their skills.
  4. Stay up-to-date with current air traffic control regulations and procedures, and incorporate any changes into training curriculum.
  5. Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to continuously improve training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Create a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
  7. Serve as a role model and mentor to students, demonstrating the highest level of professionalism and expertise in air traffic control.
  8. Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient training process.
  9. Conduct simulations and exercises to simulate real-world scenarios and prepare students for the demands of air traffic control.
  10. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, and provide timely reports to management.
  11. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, ensuring the well-being of students and staff.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of air traffic control.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Air Traffic Control: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience As An Air Traffic Controller, With A Strong Understanding Of All Aspects Of Air Traffic Control Operations.

  • Faa Certification: A Valid Faa Certification As An Air Traffic Control Specialist Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have A Thorough Understanding Of Faa Rules And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Instructional Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Students In A Clear And Concise Manner. Previous Experience As An Instructor Is Preferred.

  • Knowledge Of Atc Systems And Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Atc Systems, Including Radar, Communications, And Navigation Equipment. They Should Also Be Familiar With Emerging Technologies In The Field.

  • Ability To Develop Training Materials: The Candidate Should Have The Ability To Develop Effective Training Materials And Lesson Plans Based On Industry Standards And Best Practices. Experience With Instructional Design And Curriculum Development Is Desirable.
