  11. Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and superiors to ensure a smooth and efficient training process.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and training activities.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve training materials and methods to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
  14. Serve as a positive and professional representative of the company and the air traffic control industry.
  15. Stay current on industry trends and advancements to provide the most relevant and up-to-date instruction.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge And Experience In Air Traffic Control Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Air Traffic Control Procedures, Regulations, And Equipment. They Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In Air Traffic Control With A Strong Track Record Of Success.

  • Instructor Certification: The Candidate Should Hold An Active Instructor Certification From The Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Or An Equivalent Organization. This Certification Demonstrates Their Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Air Traffic Control Personnel.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: As An Instructor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Teaching And Guiding A Diverse Group Of Individuals. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Different Types Of Learners.

  • Leadership And Mentoring Abilities: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Mentoring Air Traffic Control Personnel. They Should Have The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Others To Excel In Their Roles, As Well As Provide Constructive Feedback And Guidance.

  • Technical Proficiency: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills And Be Proficient In Using Various Air Traffic Control Systems And Software. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Advancements And Updates In Air Traffic Control Technology.
