As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping our teams adopt and implement agile methodologies to drive efficiency and improve delivery of our projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about agile principles and practices, and can serve as a mentor and coach to our teams.   1. Develop and implement agile strategies and practices across multiple teams within the company.
  2. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, guiding them towards adopting agile principles and practices.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and team leads to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Facilitate agile ceremonies and meetings, such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
  5. Provide training and guidance on agile methodologies to team members at all levels.
  6. Identify and address any roadblocks or obstacles to agile adoption within teams.
  7. Monitor team performance and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of agile practices.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in agile methodologies.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within teams.
  11. Collaborate with other Agile Coaches to share knowledge and best practices.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of agile within the company.
  13. Track and report on the progress and success of agile adoption within the organization.
  14. Act as a change agent to promote a more agile mindset and culture within the company.
  15. Continuously evaluate and adjust agile processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Agile Methodologies: A Successful Agile Coach At Saic Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Agile Principles, Values, And Frameworks Such As Scrum, Kanban, And Lean. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Agile Practices In Different Organizations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: An Agile Coach Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Clients. They Should Also Have The Ability To Facilitate Meetings, Lead Discussions, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Leadership And Coaching Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills To Guide And Mentor Teams Towards Self-Organization And Continuous Improvement. They Should Also Be Able To Coach And Motivate Team Members To Adopt Agile Practices And Mindset.

  • Technical Expertise: A Good Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Technologies Is Crucial For An Agile Coach At Saic. They Should Be Able To Provide Technical Guidance And Support To Teams To Ensure The Successful Delivery Of Projects.

  • Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: An Agile Coach Should Be Able To Identify And Address Potential Issues And Roadblocks In The Agile Process. They Should Have Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Team Performance And Project Delivery.
