Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Technical Support Analyst to join the Sage team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be the go-to person for all technical support related inquiries and issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer technical issues. You will also be responsible for providing detailed resolutions to complex technical problems.Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role and have experience in customer service. You should be passionate about technology and have an eagerness to learn and stay up to date with the latest technical trends. You should be able to think quickly on your feet and have the ability to communicate effectively with customers.As a Technical Support Analyst at Sage, you will be a valued member of the team who possesses a professional and friendly demeanor.
