We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join our fast-paced and dynamic team at Sage. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and customer service support to Sage customers and internal team members. This position requires a high level of technical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical customer service role, as well as a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. You should also have a strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network connectivity. Furthermore, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage customer relationships.If you are a strong problem solver who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and customer service support to Sage customers and internal team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network connectivity.

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Monitor customer service metrics and ensure customer satisfaction.
