
Strategic Compensation Analyst
We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and highly motivated Strategic Compensation Analyst to join the team at Sage. As a Strategic Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with Sage’s business objectives. You will collaborate closely with Human Resources and Finance to ensure that Sage’s compensation strategies are effective and support a culture of meritocracy.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. You should have experience in developing compensation strategies, conducting job analyses, and creating incentives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with Sage’s business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources and Finance to ensure that Sage’s compensation strategies are effective and support a culture of meritocracy.
- Conduct job analyses and create incentives.
- Maintain HRMS systems related to compensation.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on compensation matters.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes related to compensation and benefits and ensure compliance.
- Develop compensation reports and analyze data to identify trends.
- Respond to compensation-related inquiries from employees.
- Develop tools and processes to support effective compensation management.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in compensation management.
