Job Description

Sage seeks an experienced, customer-focused Sr. Customer Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving customer loyalty. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, a proven track record of success, and a commitment to exemplary customer service. We are looking for a leader who can build relationships with customers, identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through customer advocacy. You should be comfortable with multitasking and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  6. Manage customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  7. Develop and implement customer service initiatives to improve customer experience.
  8. Stay up to date on industry trends and customer needs.
  9. Assist in the resolution of customer disputes.
  10. Monitor customer service metrics and devise strategies to improve performance.
