At Sage, we are looking for a Sales & Loyalty Representative to join our team and help provide our customers with exceptional service. Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner -Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer loyalty -Utilize computer technology to document customer interactions and track customer data -Identify customer needs and proactively provide solutions -Analyze customer feedback and provide feedback to the team -Assist in the development and implementation of sales and loyalty initiatives -Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to ensure customer satisfaction -Identify new opportunities for customer loyalty and satisfaction -Multitask and manage workload efficiently and effectively -Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions.
