The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with accounting software. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial data.
2. Analyze financial data and create financial reports.
3. Monitor and maintain financial records.
4. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Evaluate financial performance and suggest areas of improvement.
9. Identify opportunities for cost-savings and process improvements.
10. Train and support accounting staff.
