Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Business Implementation Specialist at Sage to join our team. You will be responsible for facilitating the successful implementation of Sage products for our customers, ensuring that all customer requirements are met. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will ensure that all implementation activities are delivered on time and within budget.The ideal candidate for this role will need to have strong customer service skills and experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of project management processes. Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate successful implementation of Sage products for customers.
  2. Act as primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation process.
  3. Ensure all customer requirements are met and implementation activities are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Provide excellent customer service.
  5. Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Demonstrate knowledge of project management processes.
  7. Work in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn and understand new technologies.
