
Assistant Company Secretary
At Sage, we are looking for an Assistant Company Secretary who is passionate about providing excellent administrative support to the Company Secretary. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of corporate governance, as well as strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, ideally a Law Degree, and have experience in secretarial or company secretarial work, preferably in a listed company. You should be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and be able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.

- Maintain a strong academic background, ideally a Law Degree.
- Have experience in secretarial or company secretarial work, preferably in a listed company.
