5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored research and recommendations.
6. Utilize various data sources and tools to gather, analyze, and interpret financial and market data.
7. Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to continuously develop and enhance knowledge and skills in equity research.
8. Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the conduct of research.
9. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the equity research department through active participation in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other initiatives.
10. Maintain accurate and organized records of research data and findings, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
11. Continuously monitor and improve research processes and methodologies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote research services and attract new clients.
13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and enhance the company's reputation in the market.
14. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in equity research.
