Job Description

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist, Accounts Receivable to join our team in the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for our clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.   • Manage the accounts receivable process for clients located in the EMEA region.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Send out invoices and statements to clients on a timely basis.
  • Follow up with clients for timely payment and ensure all outstanding balances are collected.
  • Communicate with clients regarding any billing discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of services rendered.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile accounts receivable and provide necessary reports and documentation.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the accounts receivable process.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulations related to accounts receivable.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Accounts Receivable, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Emea Accounting And Tax Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Reconcile Complex Accounts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Clients.
