Specialist, Accounts Receivable (EMEA)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for our clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. • Manage the accounts receivable process for clients located in the EMEA region.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Send out invoices and statements to clients on a timely basis.
• Follow up with clients for timely payment and ensure all outstanding balances are collected.
• Communicate with clients regarding any billing discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of services rendered.
• Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile accounts receivable and provide necessary reports and documentation.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the accounts receivable process.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulations related to accounts receivable.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
