- Provide exceptional customer service to S&P Global employees by promptly responding to and resolving technical issues and inquiries.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of IT services, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions to complex IT problems.
- Develop and document IT service processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide recommendations for improving IT service delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert for specific IT systems, applications, or processes.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical IT systems.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing IT services and processes.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards to ensure the protection of sensitive data.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Service Operations, Preferably In A Global Organization.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Itil Framework And Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of It Service Operations Professionals.
