Job Description

S&P Global is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Climate Scientist with expertise in physical impacts to join our team. We are looking for an individual who can lead and develop innovative approaches to climate change research and provide technical and scientific support to the organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant work experience, a PhD in Climate Science, or a related field, and a proven track record of success in developing and leading research projects. They should also demonstrate excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The Senior Climate Scientist will be responsible for leading the development of climate change research and providing technical and scientific support to the organization. This position requires a thorough understanding of physical impacts from climate change and the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to climate change challenges.
