  1. Lead the optimization and maintenance of HR technology solutions to improve the employee experience at S&P Global.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide solutions through HR technology.
  3. Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for HR technology enhancements.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase user adoption and engagement with HR technology platforms.
  5. Provide support and training to HR team members and employees on HR technology systems and processes.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology to ensure S&P Global remains at the forefront of innovation.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on HR technology and provide guidance to stakeholders on system capabilities and functionalities.
  8. Monitor HR technology usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure maximum efficiency.
  9. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to HR technology.
  10. Participate in project planning and implementation of new HR technology initiatives.
  11. Communicate and promote the benefits of HR technology solutions to employees and stakeholders.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of HR technology processes and procedures.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR technology systems and processes.
  14. Mentor and train junior members of the HR technology team.
