  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries and concerns.
  2. Proactively identify and anticipate client needs, providing personalized and timely solutions to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert on our products and services, providing clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues and escalations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the client.
  5. Regularly communicate with clients through various channels, such as email, phone, and in-person meetings, to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and requests, utilizing company systems and tools.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and developments, as well as our competitors' offerings, to effectively position our products and services to clients.
  8. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to our products, services, and the financial industry.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  10. Represent S&P Global in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to company values and standards.
  11. Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards, in all client interactions.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting S&P Global's products and services to potential clients and industry professionals.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate client service processes and procedures, providing feedback and suggestions to management.
  15. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Client Services Or Customer-Facing Role.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Derivatives.

  • Proficiency In Crm Software And Microsoft Office Suite, With The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data.
