Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Private Equity Valuation, Financial Modeling, Or Investment Analysis.
Strong Understanding Of Valuation Methodologies, Including Discounted Cash Flow, Comparable Company Analysis, And Precedent Transaction Analysis.
Proficiency In Financial Analysis Software, Such As Excel, Bloomberg, And Factset.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Regulations Related To Private Equity Investments And Valuation.
