Outsourcing Delivery Associate

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to the Outsourcing team in order to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering quality service.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will possess the ability to take initiative, think creatively, and work collaboratively. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines is essential. Responsibilities:

1. Provide operational support to the Outsourcing team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
2. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with external partners and vendors.
3. Analyze and assess business processes and make recommendations for improvements.
4. Monitor and report on performance metrics for outsourced services.
5. Provide operational and technical support for new and existing projects.
6. Assist with developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to outsourced services.
7. Liaise with other departments to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Work closely with the Outsourcing team to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
9. Identify and address potential areas of risk and proactively take steps to mitigate them.
10. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
