1. Develop and implement project management strategies and processes to ensure successful and timely delivery of IT projects.

9. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and methodologies into project management processes.
