Manager, Financial Analysis

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of financial analysts to provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting.
2. Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support financial decision-making.
3. Analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
4. Monitor financial performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.
5. Analyze complex financial information and present financial reports in an understandable format.
6. Develop and implement best practices for financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
7. Perform financial due diligence on potential investments and acquisitions.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory agencies.
9. Manage external audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements.
10. Provide training and mentorship to junior financial analysts.
