  1. Oversee the ESG data collection and maintenance processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Lead and develop a team of data analysts and operations staff to effectively manage ESG data.
  3. Stay up-to-date with ESG principles, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to integrate ESG data into S&P Global's products and services.
  5. Develop and implement data quality control measures to maintain the integrity of ESG data.
  6. Monitor and track data performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Communicate and collaborate with external data providers to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
  8. Train and educate team members on ESG principles and data management processes.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay current with ESG developments and network with other professionals.
  11. Create and maintain documentation of data processes and procedures.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
  13. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding ESG data operations.
  14. Manage budget and resources to effectively support ESG data operations.
  15. Promote a positive and collaborative work culture within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Economics, Sustainability, Or Data Management.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Data Operations, Preferably In The Esg (Environmental, Social, And Governance) Space.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Esg Data Sources, Frameworks, And Reporting Standards, Such As Sasb, Gri, And Tcfd.

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
