As an EMEA Account Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With your strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of financial markets, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our EMEA client base.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the EMEA region.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for all EMEA clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Understand and communicate the value and benefits of S&P Global's financial market intelligence and analytics products to EMEA clients.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely service to clients.
  6. Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations to clients to maximize their use and satisfaction with our products.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the EMEA region to better understand client needs and anticipate potential challenges.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for S&P Global.
  9. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to financial markets and account management.
  12. Collaborate with other team members and share best practices to continuously improve account management strategies and processes.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and compliance standards.
  14. Represent S&P Global at industry events and conferences to develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  15. Continuously strive to enhance the overall client experience and satisfaction with S&P Global's products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales Within The Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Emea Market And Financial Products, Including Credit Ratings, Market Intelligence, And Risk Solutions

  • Proficiency In Salesforce Or Other Crm Software, As Well As Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Databases And Tools.
