We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Ratings Commercial Partnerships Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our ratings business.   1. Develop and implement commercial partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the ratings business.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the financial industry, including potential partners and clients.
  3. Identify and target potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's overall business goals.
  4. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to promote and support partnership initiatives.
  6. Monitor and track partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize results.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market segments and potential partnership opportunities.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on partnership strategies and best practices.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote partnership opportunities.
  11. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and offerings to effectively communicate and promote them to potential partners.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  13. Develop and manage budgets for partnership initiatives and track ROI.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  15. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to drive revenue growth through partnerships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 8-10 Years Of Relevant Experience In Commercial Partnerships Or Business Development, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating And Closing Complex Deals With A Variety Of Stakeholders.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Ratings And The Global Financial Markets.

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
