
Customer Care Support Specialist
At S&P Global, we are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Customer Care Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer service and problem-solving expert with a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to help our customers succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, and resolving customer inquiries.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience in customer service and technical support roles, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and be comfortable working both independently and in a team environment. Additionally, you should have experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and be capable of quickly learning new software and technologies. Above all, you should possess a passion for customer service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
