- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including top financial institutions, to drive the growth and success of the Debtdomain platform.
- Understand clients' needs and develop strategic plans to meet them, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate the value of the Debtdomain platform to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption and usage of the Debtdomain platform among existing clients.
- Track and report on key metrics and performance indicators to measure the success and impact of client engagement efforts.
- Represent S&P Global at industry events and conferences to network and promote the Debtdomain platform.
- Act as a brand ambassador for S&P Global, promoting our company values and mission.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience and drive business growth.
- Mentor and support junior team members to ensure their professional development and success.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Client Engagement Or Account Management.
Strong Understanding Of The Financial Markets And Debt Capital Markets.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth And Achieving Sales Targets.
