Job Description

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a passion for driving successful software releases? Do you have a strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its capabilities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at S&P Global as a Business Analyst II/ Release Functional Manager. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the development and release of AEM-based applications.   1. Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for AEM-based applications.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope, timelines, and priorities.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, including release schedules and resource allocation.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of AEM releases.
  5. Work closely with development teams to ensure that AEM releases are aligned with business objectives and meet quality standards.
  6. Lead and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure that AEM applications meet user requirements.
  7. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
  8. Continuously monitor and report on the performance and usage of AEM applications to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on AEM and its capabilities, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AEM development and release management.
  11. Train and mentor junior business analysts on AEM functionality and processes.
  12. Maintain documentation and ensure that all project deliverables are properly documented and archived.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the AEM release management process.
  14. Participate in project retrospectives to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in future releases.
  15. Uphold company standards and policies related to project management, development, and release processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Business Analyst Or Release Functional Manager In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Adobe Experience Manager (Aem) And Its Various Components, Including Sites, Assets, And Forms.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Complex Requirements And Translate Them Into Functional Specifications.

  • Proven Experience In Project Management, Including Managing Timelines, Resources, And Stakeholder Expectations.
