  1. Oversee the revenue accounting function and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
  2. Develop and implement revenue recognition policies and procedures in compliance with GAAP and company guidelines.
  3. Review and analyze revenue transactions to identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and reconcile revenue-related accounts.
  5. Prepare and present revenue reports and analysis to senior management.
  6. Supervise and mentor a team of revenue accountants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Monitor industry trends and changes in accounting standards related to revenue recognition and make recommendations for process improvements.
  8. Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close activities related to revenue.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales and finance teams.
  11. Handle any ad hoc projects and tasks related to revenue accounting as assigned by management.
  12. Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness of revenue accounting processes.
  13. Continuously evaluate and update internal controls related to revenue to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert in revenue accounting and provide guidance to other departments as needed.
  15. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and changes in revenue recognition regulations, and ensure company compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Revenue Accounting, Preferably In A Large Multinational Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Us Gaap And Ifrs Accounting Principles.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Attention To Detail.

  • Proven Experience In Managing A Team And Leading Complex Projects.
