  1. Lead and manage a team of Java Full Stack engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to drive high performance and professional development within the team.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to understand business needs and deliver innovative and high-quality technology solutions.
  3. Drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions, utilizing your strong technical skills and expertise in Java Full Stack development.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in software development, and incorporate them into the team's processes and practices.
  5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team, identifying areas for growth and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation.
  6. Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects by setting clear goals, managing project timelines, and identifying and resolving any roadblocks or issues that may arise.
  7. Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on technical decisions and solutions.
  8. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement engineering strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  9. Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new engineering team members, ensuring a diverse and highly skilled team.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field With A Strong Focus On Java Programming.

  • Proven Expertise In Developing And Implementing Full-Stack Java Applications, Including Front-End And Back-End Development.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams In An Agile Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Experience With Cloud-Based Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud.
