The Associate Director - Client Engagement at S&P Global is a key leadership role in our team. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies to drive client engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a client-focused culture and ensure that client expectations are exceeded. • Develop and monitor metrics to measure success and ensure that the team is delivering on its commitments. • Analyze client feedback to identify areas of improvement and recommend changes accordingly. • Liaise with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities. • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients. • Ensure all customer service inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. • Monitor customer service trends and identify areas for improvement. • Ensure customer service standards are being met. • Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action. • Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained through regular surveys.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills
