Technician

In this job, you will work on a variety of equipment used to support the processes and the operation of both factory and office buildings mechanical systems on the John R. Conrad Industrial Complex. You will work on compressed air systems, domestic water systems, truck dock levelers, elevators, plumbing, roofing, sliding and overhead doors, pedestrian doors, windows, and other facilities and structural repairs that fall under the responsibility of the department. Performing some equipment testing using various measuring tools and instruments such as meters and verniers. Analyzing test results and implementing appropriate actions or repairs. Using a variety of hand and power tools such as wrenches and pliers.
