- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability in our manufacturing operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes, materials, and finished products to identify and address any potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to educate team members on quality control processes and procedures.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for any quality-related issues.
- Monitor and track quality metrics and provide regular reports to management on the performance of our manufacturing processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in quality control techniques and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to address any quality concerns or issues.
- Mentor and train junior quality engineers to ensure a high level of expertise within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Engineering Role Within A Manufacturing Environment
Knowledge And Experience With Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 9001 And/Or Six Sigma
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Quality Control Methods
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, And The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
