- Develop and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process-related issues.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process engineering to drive continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Train and mentor team members on new and updated processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all process engineering activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify and incorporate new technologies and materials into manufacturing processes.
- Participate in project planning and budgeting for process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through process optimization.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including management, about process improvements and performance.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to established processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and support process-related projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Electrical Power Systems And Equipment
Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Six Sigma Or Lean
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment
