Quality Inspector (Fabrication)

Inspecting fabricated parts and outside processes. Conducting First off Inspection Report on parts that require layout of parts which may involve using layout equipment. Reading/Completing job orders information accurately to maintain smooth part flow and manage oracle queues.Completing specific information for non-conforming material reports of the inspected parts. Identify, distribute, and locate a variety of gages. Must be aware of all types of gages used in fabrication. Pull material samples and sends them to the lab for analysis. Using part-specific functional gages. Perform data entry of inspection information. Performs Oracle job order moves and sub-inventory transfers when necessary. Write and distribute non-conforming material reports (NMRs).
