- Develop and implement safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of safety and environmental training programs for all employees.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential safety and environmental risks in all company operations.
- Monitor and analyze safety and environmental data, and use this information to develop strategies for improvement.
- Act as the main point of contact for all safety and environmental inquiries and concerns from employees, customers, and regulatory agencies.
- Lead investigations into workplace incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to safety and environmental management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility by developing and implementing initiatives to increase employee awareness and engagement.
- Manage and develop a team of safety and environmental professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure their success and growth within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Safety And Environmental Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Osha And Epa Regulations And Compliance Standards.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Safety And Environmental Programs And Policies, As Well As Conducting Audits And Inspections.
